A few years ago I quit my marketing job because I couldn't find pet products I actually trusted. Stuff that looked good, was made well, and that I'd genuinely use for my own dogs without second-guessing.
So I started my own shop. From my apartment. With a box of dog bandanas and way too much free time.

Why I started this
Every week I get messages from pet parents who feel exactly like I did. Overwhelmed by options, underwhelmed by quality, and just looking for someone they can trust.
That's what Hailey's Petshop is about. I personally test and select every product. If it's not something I'd buy for Biscuit or Maple, it doesn't make it to the shop. No exceptions.
I'm not trying to be the biggest pet store out there. I just want to be the one you actually trust. The one where you can grab something without reading 47 reviews first, because you know someone already did the work for you.
That someone is me. And Biscuit. He's very serious about quality control.
How we got here
The idea
Frustrated by cheap, boring pet products that fell apart after a week. Biscuit deserved better. So did every pet.
The first box
Started selling handpicked dog bandanas from my apartment. My living room was the warehouse, my couch was the packing station.
Maple joins the team
Adopted Maple, our second quality tester. If both dogs approved, the product made the cut. Simple as that.
Hailey's Petshop is born
What started as a side project became a real shop. Every product still goes through the same test: would I use this for my own pets?
